1,8-cineole, along with alpha-pinene and globulol, are the primary bioactive compounds in Kunzea Ambigua. These compounds modulates NF-κB and COX-2 inflammatory pathways, disrupts microbial cell membranes and inhibits pathogen growth, acts on pain pathways via anti-inflammatory and neuroactive effects.
